📦 Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is expired

👉 To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product should be unused and in original packaging
  • Proper unboxing video or images are required as proof

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or opened
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery
  • No proof (image/video) provided
  • Change of mind

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

👉 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund will be transferred via bank account or UPI

🔁 Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item received

Replacement will be shipped after verification.
